SMS Gateway New Features

1. Customer Experience: Advanced Keyword

Implemented extensive keyword customization capabilities in the SMS Gateway:

  • Full customization of all keywords, including but not limited to courier-reserved words
  • Option to set custom keywords at the default level (ie. System level) or the Flowchart level
  • Customizable SMS replies for each keyword
  • Language and role selection for each keyword entry

It is now possible to:

  • Customize any keyword to meet specific business needs, local requirements, or use cases
  • Choose between custom keywords or global defaults at different levels of message flow
  • Create unique, branded keyword responses for enhanced end-customer experience
  • Manage all keyword settings through an intuitive interface

Business Value: This enhancement offers flexibility in SMS communication. By allowing you to customize any keyword and choose between custom or global level, it enables highly tailored messaging experiences. This flexibility improves the capabilities to comply with local regulations, better brand alignment, and more effective communication strategies across different markets and use cases.

Note: This functionality will not be automatically enabled upon upgrade. It requires migration coordination and will be activated when the customer is ready. Please contact our support team to schedule your migration and activation of this feature.

2. UI Enhancements: Advanced Transaction Filtering

Added new filtering options in the transactions table, accessible from the transaction detail page:
  • Filter by phone numbers
  • Filter by campaign numbers
  • Search by external unique identifier (broadlogID)
Users can now:
  • Quickly sort and analyze data based on specific phone numbers or campaign identifiers
  • Locate individual transactions using their provided external unique identifier (broadlogID)
Business Value: These enhancements streamline transaction management and analysis. Users can quickly filter and search transactions, improving data retrieval speed and accuracy. 6. API Enhancement: Paginated Mobile-Terminated and Mobile-Originated Transaction Retrieval

Implemented new pagination functionality for mobile-terminated (MT) / mobile-originated (MO) transactions:
  • Paginated data retrieval for mobile-terminated (MT) transactions
  • Paginated data retrieval for mobile-originated (MO) transactions

  • Track mobile-originated messages using messageSid
  • Reconciliation of message data seamlessly between our platform and the configured couriers
